Restaurant specials for the Fireworks Festival

This legendary hotel, which adds to the charm of Cannes, offers a range of venues from which to enjoy the Fireworks Festival. The Ruyä restaurant (‘dream’ in Turkish) welcomes you to the outdoor terrace of the Carlton, serving cuisine influenced by the Anatolian Peninsula, Turkey and the Mediterranean, with a selection of à la carte dishes and desserts. In addition, the chef has created an exceptional set menu which you can enjoy wherever you choose: on the terrace of the Riviera Restaurant, or on the beach at the Carlton Beach Club, either on the terrace or by the jetty.

The reputation of this magnificent hotel, which is almost 100 years old, is well established. Whilst it has retained its Art Deco character, with its distinctive marble façade and gold mosaics, the Martinez is constantly reinventing itself to offer its guests a unique experience that always lives up to their expectations. To mark the Fireworks Festival, exclusive menus have been created for its two restaurants: ‘La Plage du Martinez’ and ‘La Palme d’Or’.

La Palme d’Or:

Located at theHôtel Martinez, the Michelin-starred La Palme d’Or restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience. Savour refined cuisine that celebrates the richness of our local produce, all in an exceptional setting with a magnificent view of the Bay of Cannes.

Only the ‘Feu d’artifice’ menu will be available on these evenings.
