Sunside is a south-facing and sunny apartment, with a perfectly optimized quality layout, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is tastefully decorated, located on the 2nd floor of a typical Cannes' building.

Ideally located on the pedestrianised Rue Meynadier in the historic centre, this apartment enjoys a prime spot surrounded by restaurants, shops, and local crafts. It’s just a 3-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals (perfect for congress attendees), the train station, and the beaches. The Ferrage car park (paying) is only 50 metres from the apartment.

Sunside features a beautiful, air-conditioned living space with high ceilings, combining the charm of old Cannes with the spirit of the Film Festival. The layout includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster.
- A dining area with four stools.
- A lounge area with a coffee table, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV with 160 international channels, and free Wi-Fi internet box.
- A comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm).

There is also a spacious, bright, and air-conditioned independent bedroom, featuring two south-facing windows. It includes:
- Two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200 cm).
- Two modern bedside tables with reading lamps.
- A large chest of drawers with eight drawers.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a sink with under-basin storage, a mirror, a towel heater, a hairdryer, and a toilet.

A practical storage nook completes the apartment.
