Elegant, central and quiet accommodation.
28m2 one-room flat completely renovated in 2021 by a decorator. Quality materials and new furniture chosen. Equipped kitchen; spacious shower and living room, cupboards.
On 3rd floor with elevator.

No air conditioning by choice, but an efficient ceiling fan. Organic welcome products. Recycling bags provided. Bath towels available.
At the foot of the building with an elevator, you'll find shops, restaurants, and cafés. The train station, Rue d'Antibes, and beaches are just a 5-minute walk away! The Palais des Festivals is 500 meters away.
The studio is on the 3rd floor with an elevator and is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled.

You enter through a small hallway... to the right, a spacious shower room with a suspended toilet and towel warmer... straight ahead, the main room equipped with a new 2-seater sofa bed (140x190), a coffee table, a TV/storage unit, a closet and a wardrobe, internet connection, a round table with chairs, and finally, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment; microwave; kettle; toaster; coffee maker; 2-burner stove with extractor hood; electric oven; storage).

For your baby, a travel cot and high chair are available. For the more industrious, there is an ironing board and iron!

Bed linen and bath towels are provided (not for the beach!). Recycling bags are provided for your waste. To empty them, the containers are at the corner of the Palais de Justice, a 2-minute walk up Boulevard Carnot. Thank you.

Organic shower gel and liquid soap are at your disposal.
The water heater is on and already set for your comfort.
The two large windows make the apartment very bright, plus there are high windows in the shower room. Very high ceilings.

At the foot of the building, there is a small supermarket and an organic store.

This very central apartment is ideal for visiting Cannes, its surroundings, and even traveling to Italy with the train station just a 5-minute walk away!
