At the corner of Rue des Belges and Rue Notre-Dame, Rosana distils its good vibes from the decoration to the sunny plates. Californian atmosphere, ethnic influences and healthy flavours flood this new concept based on sharing. During the week, at brunch time, the very fashionable fluffy pancakes rub shoulders with the acai bowl for the sweet version. Savoury eaters can enjoy one of the US brunch standards, eggs Benedict, revisited in a melting pot style with the very French brioche and Mexican avocado.

Early risers like the sun? At the Duplex, this restaurant with a surfer’s atmosphere, set up opposite the Mouré Rouge beach, there’s no need to wait until late morning to have breakfast. From 8am onwards, the à la carte breakfast is reinvented in a healthy, sweet and savoury version every morning. Granola bowls, fresh juices from the extractor, scrambled eggs, toast and homemade jams can be enjoyed on the roof with a view over the Mediterranean and the Sainte-Marguerite Island.

On the 5th floor of the Five Seas Hotel, the Roof is the secret address for brunching by the pool with a view of Cannes’ rooftops or comfortably installed in the light-filled room facing the Suquet. Every Sunday, the flavours of the brunch are enhanced by the elegance and gastronomic know-how of chef Lori Moreau. In addition to the classic sweet and savoury standards of this unmissable weekend meal, noble ingredients are used to punctuate the dishes, such as semi-cooked duck foie gras, crispy cereal or truffle croque-monsieur. To complete this Sunday menu, there is an all-you-can-eat cold buffet and even waffles made on demand for a morning show cooking!
