This film bears witness to the meeting between the artists Elle Sofe Sara and Joar Nango and the artists, technicians and administrators of the Norwegian national company Carte Blanche. It will offer an insight into the process of creating BIRGET and the questions raised by this artistic, human, cultural and political encounter.
