Our ice creams are made with high quality local products from the hinterland of Cannes (fruits, vegetables, flavors, milk).

We select the best, Vallauris Orange Blossom, Rosa Centifolia and Kiwi of Grasse, Wild Lavender of Gréolière, Peach and Strawberry of Mandelieu, Lemon of Rouret, Raspberry Grapes of Caussols, Goat’s milk of Tourettes on Wolf, Levens sheep’s milk or Gourdon truffle.
We also choose raw materials directly in their country of origin to ensure the high quality as the Pistachio of Sicily and Hazelnut Piedmont company Agrimontana.
