An artist of immeasurable talent, Nick Cave stands out as the soul of Australian rock band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, where he shines as a singer, songwriter and composer.
These days, Nick Cave prefers an intimate, authentic experience on stage, and this summer he is embarking on a new tour of his solo show, with performances in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Latvia, Bulgaria and France, including Cannes.
Nick Cave will be joined on stage by bassist Colin Greenwood. Together, they will perform songs spanning Cave's extraordinary career. This tour follows his series of sold-out solo concerts in Australia and Europe in 2024.
Last year, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds released Wild God, their 18th studio album. Produced by Cave and Ellis, the Grammy-nominated record pushed the boundaries of creativity, blending bold experimentation with compelling storytelling. The album was followed by a critically acclaimed tour of the UK and Europe.
With boundless creativity, Nick Cave continues to push back the frontiers of art. In a career spanning more than 40 years, he has been a solo musician, an inspired collaborator, a composer, a writer, a scriptwriter and even the creator of The Red Hand Files, the famous platform for exchanging ideas with his fans. He has also recently ventured into the world of ceramics, adding a new string to his artistic bow.
Colin GREENWOOD, Radiohead's iconic bassist since 1985, hails from Oxford. With over 30 million albums sold, Radiohead have made music history, winning six Grammy Awards, four Ivor Novello Awards, and induction into the prestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their groundbreaking album OK Computer (1997) has even found its way into the archives of the US Library of Congress.
In addition to his work with Radiohead, Colin has also made a name for himself as a writer and photographer, collaborating with leading publications such as The Guardian and The Spectator. He is about to publish a captivating book of photographs, How To Disappear - A Portrait of Radiohead, revealing rare moments of the band's life in the studio and on tour.
