Bijou Plage

Offered by the Cannes Town Hall and the CCAS, this certified facility for people with disabilities is located at Bijou Beach, near the Croisette headland.

Opening hours
The beach is open from mid-June to mid-September, every day, including public holidays, except in case of bad weather. The service is free of charge.

June: Monday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm
July – August: Monday to Sunday, 9am to 7pm
September: Monday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm

Access to Handiplage is reserved for people who hold a Mobility Inclusion Card marked ‘disability’ and/or a certificate of disability of 80% or more issued by the Commission for the Rights and Autonomy of People with Disabilities (CADPH). These documents must be presented when the user arrives at the site.

The Handiplage team consists of a manager, an assistant and six qualified and trained Handiplage staff members who are at your disposal.
