The cozy 38 m² studio is located in a wooded park with a beautiful south-facing terrace overlooking the garden. Situated in the heart of Cannes without the noise disturbances, you can do everything on foot, with the beaches (both public and private) just 10 minutes away, the bustling Rue d'Antibes only 5 minutes away, and the famous Palais des Festivals just 18 minutes away. Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are all within a 300-meter radius.

The Gallia residence, a former palace built in 1892, has been converted into apartments, and the one you will occupy has been recently renovated. It is ideal for a couple, a family with children, or for attending a conference. The residence is secured with surveillance cameras in the entrance hall and parking areas.

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as a dryer and hairdryer. Linens are provided during the rental period. As a resident on-site, I am available to welcome you and provide information about Cannes and its surroundings.
