Pool view apartment with south loggia, wifi, parking, swimming pool (in July and August), close to public transport and the beach in walking distance.

The apartment consists of:
- Living room with 1 or 2 sleeping arrangements, storage, TV, and WiFi internet box.
- Kitchen with washer and dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill oven and traditional oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, vacuum cleaner, step ladder, and shopping trolley.
- Large master bedroom with a separable queen-size bed, TNT TV, baby cot on request, and a large closet with an ironing board and iron.
- Cabin with 2 bunk beds, TNT TV, mini dressing room, and "boat-style" portholes.
- Bathroom with hairdryer, vanity mirror, towel warmer, and separate toilet.

Linen is provided (sheets, duvet covers, duvets, bath towels, bath mats, beach towels, tea towels, etc.), as well as beach mats and a parasol.

The apartment is non-smoking inside, with a designated smoking area on the 15 m² terrace.

A private parking space is available at street level with direct access via an elevator. The parking spot is located right at the foot of the elevator, under the apartment.
Free access to the Cannes Beach swimming pool in summer.
Direct beach access through a small tunnel.
