Capture the magic of Cannes’ beaches during the festive season

During the festive season, Cannes reveals another facet of its art of living. Warm atmospheres, elegant decorations, gourmet moments by the sea… The beaches of Cannes are also alive in winter. To mark the occasion, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes and the Syndicat des Plages invite you to take part in a photo competition on Instagram and share your best image taken on a Cannes beach. The prize: exclusive gifts and a chance to showcase your take on Cannes in Winter.

How do I enter the competition?

The principle is simple and open to everyone (residents and visitors alike):

Take a photo on a Cannes beach (the Croisette beaches or the Midi beaches) during the festive period.
Publish your photo on Instagram from a public account.
Identify the official @CannesFrance account in your post.
Add the hashtag #CannesEnHiver + #RendezVousACannes

👉 O ne photo = one entry. The most beautiful photos, highlighting the winter atmosphere, the decorations and the art of living on the beaches of Cannes, will be selected.

Key dates in the competition

Game opens: 20 December 2025
Closing date for entries: 3 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Selection of winning photos: 7 January 2026

The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, who will select the most beautiful photographs from among all the valid entries, taking into account aesthetic and creative criteria and their suitability for the spirit of “Cannes in Winter”.
