The two chefs, whose friendship was born at the Majestic, enchant and reinvent local flavours, in fresh, light or gourmet dishes, respecting seasonal products and drawing on the essential ingredients of the Mediterranean. Vitello Tonnato, Eggplant Caviar with Colatura, Gambero Rosso, Gnocchi Salpicon of Lobster and Fennel Bar follow one another on the tables, before ending with a delicious sweet touch with a Frosted Lemon from Amalfi or a Rum Baba and Citrus Salad. As for wine, the menu offers a wide choice, oscillating between local nuggets and Italian treasures, small producers and prestigious houses.

    We travel from a white wine from Domaine Ottin Petite Arvine, in the Aosta Valley, to a powerful Sicilian white from Domaine Elios or a mythical super Tuscan from Bolgheri, from Domaine San Guido. Live music and a DJ accompany your meals. With its warm and comfortable lighting, its green terrace and its softly musical atmosphere, Paradiso Nicole et Pierre is friendly, fun and delicious.
